Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Late arrivals will not extend the session time and will be charged at the full rate.
Fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

Due to the significant time commitment and preparation involved, coaching intensives have a stricter policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled intensive.
Cancellations within this window will result in 100% of the intensive fee being charged.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
If an intensive is rescheduled within the allowed notice period, any deposit paid may be applied to one future date at the provider's discretion.
Fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

Single sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if done within the required 48-hour notice period.
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25 or treated as a cancellation per the policy above.
Chronic rescheduling may result in forfeiture of remaining package sessions at the coach's discretion.

We understand that true emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergency, hospitalization, or immediate family crisis, please contact Coach Chiquita directly at chiquita@passion4purpose.net or (719)-985-0741.
Emergency exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and require documentation when possible.
This exception does not apply to general illness, schedule conflicts, or other non-emergency situations.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking for single sessions.
Multi-session packages must be paid in full before the first session, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for single sessions or coaching packages once purchased.
For multi-session packages, if you need to pause your coaching for medical or family emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss options. Sessions must be resumed within a reasonable timeframe.
Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please email chiquita@passion4purpose.net or use the client portal link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellation requests are time-stamped upon receipt. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).
Last-minute cancellations via text or voicemail may not be processed in time to avoid cancellation fees.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Coaching Relationship

Life coaching is a professional partnership focused on goal-setting, personal growth, and self-empowerment.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking with Coach Chiquita at Passion-4-Purpose LLC, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. Any decision to implement suggestions, strategies, or recommendations provided by Coach Chiquita or Passion-4-Purpose LLC is made at your own discretion, and you accept full responsibility for any results, outcomes, or consequences that may arise.
Coaching may involve discussion of personal topics; you are encouraged to seek additional professional help if needed.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law.

4. Session Policies

Cancellation, no-show, payment, and rescheduling policies apply as outlined above.

5. Results Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation and commitment from the client.
Individual results vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and application of coaching principles.
Coach Chiquita and Passion-4-Purpose do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or timeframes.
Your success depends on your willingness to implement strategies, take action, and make necessary changes in your life.
Coaching is designed to support and empower you, but you are ultimately responsible for your own growth and achievements.
